Financial Literacy

We organized “Education with Elites on Financial Education” at District Co-ordination Committee, Pokhara on 26th January 2019 with the aim centered at creating sustainable solutions to money problems through financial education to the youth work force, minimize brain drain and ultimately help people to build their future on their own. We do believe, sustainable development is possible if and only if we’re able to ensure sustainability of each family’s finance. Course Overview FINLIT-School Bank: FINLIT - Financial Literacy builds the foundation for students’ future financial wellbeing. Covering everything from common account types to the basics of investing, each module provides bite sized, instructional animations to make each topic approachable and relatable to students. In FINLIT, students are immersed in real-life financial scenarios and documentation. Complicated processes – like going to market and buying something or have an argument to minimize cost– are broken down for the student in an easy-to understand way.
